What happens after I place an order?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that the order went through to process.  After an order is placed it will process anywhere from 3-7 business days.  You will receive another email once your item(s) ship with tracking information.  Some orders may be split into multiple packages and sent at different times.  Please keep track of all tracking numbers for your order.  We have a link on our website that you can track all your packages through. 

 

How long will my order take to receive?

In order to keep our prices so affordable and keep shipping FREE everyday, we have a longer turn around time for most items.  For items coming from our manufacturer in Asia, please allow 7-15 business days after processing time to receive your items.  For items we have in stock, allow 3-7 business days to receive orders after processing. Holiday season permitting (October-March) please don't hesitate for a longer ship time. 

 

How do returns and exchanges work?

We do allow exchanges for same item or store credit for damaged or defective items within 5 days of delivery date.  Please email pictures of damage to bennyandskyeshop@gmail.com within 5 days of the day item(s) were delivered.  However, we do not accept returns or give refunds for sizing problems, dislike in taste, change of mind, etc. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for our valued customers!  Benny and Skye holds all right to assess and approve damage in photos sent for approval of exchange or store credit.
